Delivery timeframes depend on your location. Asian countries receive orders within 3 days. Oceania including Australia and New Zealand within 4 days. Europe and the Americas within 4 days. All timeframes are from the date of dispatch. Orders placed before 2PM are dispatched same-day.

We ship via DHL, FedEx and professional freight forwarders depending on your destination country. Our professional reshipping network is based in Asia and we select the optimal reshipper for your specific destination to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery possible.

Yes. Every order is shipped in completely discreet packaging. There is no store name, no product information and no identifying markings of any kind on the outer package. From the outside your package is completely indistinguishable from any other standard parcel.

In the rare event that a package is seized at customs please contact us immediately with your order details and any documentation received. We handle each customs situation on a case by case basis and will work with you to find the best resolution. Our discreet packaging is specifically designed to minimise any customs related issues.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit we will reship your order at no additional cost. To qualify for a reship you must provide proof that the package has not been delivered — this can be confirmed via the tracking information showing no delivery scan for an extended period. Contact us with your order details and tracking number and we will arrange a reship promptly.

Yes. You can cancel or change your order after placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible via email, Telegram, Threema or Signal with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been dispatched we may not be able to make changes but will always try to find a solution.
